    • Photographs of the incorrect item

    • Mandatory: Unboxing video from the moment the package is opened

    • If the box appears tampered or damaged by the delivery agent, please include visual proof in the unboxing video

  • Resolution: Upon review of your claim, we will take appropriate action, which may include sending a replacement or offering a full refund. We will keep you informed throughout the process to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

  • ⚠️ Claims without unboxing video or delayed beyond 24 hours may not be eligible for resolution.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not available for items purchased due to a change of mind or if the product has been used or opened.
